BAKING SODA WITH WATER FACE MASK


- mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda and water thoroughly.
- evenly apply the paste on your face for about 15 minutes or until it gets dried.
- for best results, wash your face with Cool water

* the application is very effective and all natural.

ACHARI CHICKEN













Ingredients

1) Chicken 1 kg (6 pieces)

2) Onion seeds 1 tsp heaped

3) Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp
4) White cumin seeds 1 tbsp
5) Salt to taste
6) Red Chilly Powder 1 tsp
7) Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
8) Turmeric ¼ tsp
9) Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
10) White cumin 1 tsp (roasted and crushed)
11) Yogurt 1 Cup
12) Oil ½ cup

Method

Grind coarsely onion seed, fenugreek seeds, white cumin seeds, mixed with ½ tsp salt
Marinate chicken with yogurt, coriander powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, salt and white cumin for 30 minutes.

Heat oil, add chicken with All Ingredients, cover and cook till chicken tender.
cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

Garnish

Garnish With 2 Tbsp Parsley And 3-4 Whole Green Chillies ... And



Serve with nan.

SOOJI KA HALWA

Ingredients

Semolina 250 gm
Ghee 250 gm
Sugar 250 gm
Water  500 gm
Green cardamom  6
Almonds and pistachio sliced 2 tbsp each
Zaffran ½ tsp soaked in 2 tbsp milk
Arq-e-gulab  2 tbsp

Heat ghee, add green cardamom, fry suji well till light golden about 10 minutes, remove from fire, add in sugar, hot water, stir and keep on fire again, cook stirring continuously till water dries, cover and keep on dum on tawa, lastly add arq-e-gulab, serve garnish with almonds and pistachio.

INGREDIENTS
============
• Mutton 1 kg
• Green chilies 5 ... See More
• Garlic cloves 13
• Basmati rice ½ kg
• Onion 1 large sliced
• White cumin 1 tsp
• Black cumin ½ tsp
• Small green cardamoms 5
• Big cardamoms 3
• Cinnamon 3 pieces
• Star anise 1
• Whole black peppers 11
• Cloves 5
• Yogurt whisked 1 cup
• Oil or ghee 3/4 cup
• Salt to taste





METHOD
======

 Soak rice for at least ½ hour .Boil mutton with salt ,
 green chillies and garlic cloves , with 16 cups of water ,
 till done ,and 4 cups stock remains, so much that mutton is tender
 but does not comes of the bones. Strain stock and keep mutton separate.
 In a pan heat oil add sliced onions, when they become light brown
 add black and white cumin and all whole spices mentioned above,
 cook a little add mutton pieces and stir fry them so that it become brown,
 add yogurt, cook now add 4 cups stock and 4 cups water ,
 when it comes to a rolling boil add rice,
 cook on a high heat for 5 minutes , then cook on a slow heat ,
 when done remove heat and put on dum...
